The Percy Arms (now Sambuca Percy Main) on the left is about the only remaining feature in this view.

The railway line is the Seatonburn Waggonway, originally known as the Brunton & Shields railway. Whilst in the Background is the Backworth Waggonway, complete with a row of Black Waggons.
