An old repair to a rotten corner of the bunker has failed so it was decided to cut out the rot and insert new metal, a larger area was cut out than needed, then some suitable metal was sourced. Previous repairs needed grinding right back, new panel welded in and filled with first coat of filler. The side sheet has had some abuse during its life so filler is required to help smooth it out

Filled with body filler to bring closer to level of original panel, the panel is quite distorted due to historic damage, hence the greater filler required |
