Recent work on 722

With No.6555 back outside, space was cleared up for No.722 to re-enter the workshop to allow some more metal replacement work to be carried out before the wagon is required to live outside again

Using a cardboard template to mark out and cut new metal for a gusset piece

After a bit of a battle the old piece is finally out and the areas around it ready for cleaning up

The replacement piece held in place by a magnet (out of view), bit more fettling required before welding it in.

With the gusset piece in place (still needing the bottom trimmed off in this photo), concentration moves to the next piece along
