Morpeth in 1886

Morpeth Blyth & Tyne Bay platform in 1886, with a NER train waiting in the bay with a train bound for Tynemouth. The B & T is the line in the foreground, with the former independent terminus on the opposite side of the road, by this stage in use as a goods yard.
