Painting Begins

Gasket Making

Fitters have been busy recently making new gaskets for all of A.No.5s fittings in preparation for them to be re-fitted once the engine has had its annual inspection. Gaskets are used as a seal between two surfaces to prevent leakage from, or into, the joint components

401 Cosmetics Update

The reverser assembly reunited with the cylinder cocks handle after the lower half had its second coat of gloss black paint, and the top covered in a protective coat of oil

The reverser rod now completely sanded down and ready for primer
