Throwback to 175th Anniversary of Newcastle & North Shields Railway
A throwback for you today, we return to 1st June 2014. When the railway celebrated the 175th Anniversary of the opening of the Newcastle & North Shields Railway (now forming the Walkergate - Tynemouth part of the Metro). A5 was in steam for the TV cameras whilst Michael Darling is interviewed for the local news
