We may not be running trains at the moment but the railway continues to grow and develop while we are closed. One of our long-standing goals has been to be able to demonstrate the types of trains that could be typically seen around Percy Main in the 1950’s and 60’s. Today we took delivery of two privately owned tank waggons, taking the fleet up to three. These will help us to tell the story of when oil trains ran to and from the Esso Terminal at Percy Main.
