Today volunteers, with some rather big help from Dowse, had the job of lifting Bagnall No.401s (Vulcan) frames off the wheelsets. The wheels will be going to South Devon Railway tomorrow to have new tyres fitted. It is hoped to have them returned within 5-7 months
