After Hours Shunting

Driver Tom shunting with Ashington No.5, seen here pulling D2078, Brake Van and A.No.5 out of the shed and up the yard

Propelling A.No.5 onto the coal road, D2078 & the Brake Van were then stabled back on the shed road, A.No.5 picked up and put on the back of D2078 then all propelled back into the shed. This shunt was carried out so A.No.5 is ready to be dragged straight out for its imminent steam test and so the Brake Van was at the back of the shed for on-going repair work
